Hello everyone, it’s great to have you on my website! My name is Laiz Casagrande and I’m from Brazil. I have a passion for helping women with their hair, and I’ve been doing so since 2014.

I began my career as a hairstylist in NYC, specializing in Brazilian keratin hair straightening. Over the years, I realized that keratin wasn’t the right solution for everyone, and many of my clients needed a customized approach to maintain their beautiful natural hair. This led me on a journey to better understand different hair textures, and I am now a curly hair specialist and hair therapist, focusing on the health of the scalp as well.

In February 2024 I opened my dream salon in Manhattan on 109 West 38th Street, Suite 300 where I am building a team of experts (eyelash extension designer, manicurist, colorist, etc.). You can find us at @casagrandesalonnyc.

I feel blessed to have found a job that I love and never feel like I’m working a single day. I am grateful to God for everything in my life, including my family, loyal clients, friends, and my beautiful Chihuahua, Cannoli, who is our salon mascot.
