Cancellation Policy

Hello everyone, to all our valued clients, both new and returning, please pay attention to our cancellation policy. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged automatically 50% of the services you requested on the card you left on your file when you scheduled your appointment.

We regret the need for this policy, but as we can accommodate only a limited number of clients daily, no-shows significantly impact our business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Clients who want to pay in cash must also register a debit or credit card for this matter.
